RentBlock deploys escrow contracts to the Ethereum Sepolia testnet to hold rental deposits and automate monthly payouts. Tenants and landlords sign lease terms on-chain, and disputes are settled through automated oracle triggers. Features a clean, premium dashboard built with React and TypeScript.
